Perception and Insanity

Here we are again with the introspection.
I know, I know, you're here for the insight and the knowledge and the eloquent way with the turn of a phrase. But you can't always have that. It is my mind, after all.

For the Procrastinators

Alright, fine. I'm a mechanic. Not certified, not trained, but I've been doing it myself for long enough to have moved past the "man, this guy has no clue" stage.

That said, I'm sure some of you have forgotten (procrastinated, but we won't tell anyone) to get your car prepped for the winter. You may not think it's really that necessary - your car runs fine - but I'll tell you this much: it sucks to be proven wrong by being stranded out in the snow.

Habits and Promises

I've gotten into some pretty bad habits in my life.
One of the worst, at least at this particular juncture, is writing when I want to rather than when I need to.
Yeah, there's a difference. Anna Nalick rather nicely states it in a song, "2am and I'm still awake writing a song. If I get it all down on paper it's no longer inside of me, threatening the life it belongs to."
